For almost three decades, The Pilot Brewery has been crafting the essence of Christmas in a bottle. This year marks the 29th chapter of our festive tradition, and we invite you to taste the magic of Fröhe Weiznachten, a Christmas beer inspired by the timeless Dunkel Weizen style.
A Symphony of Grains, hops and yeast..
Immerse yourself in the artistry of brewing with our carefully selected blend of four grains: Wheatmalt, Pale Malt, Munich Malt, and Caramel Malt. Each sip unfolds a tapestry of flavors, from the wheaty warmth to the subtle sweetness of caramel malt.
Elevating the experience, we’ve hopped Fröhe Weiznachten with Poland’s Magnat hops, giving the beer its characteristic notes of lemon, pine, camomile and a touch of ginger.
