while some of us are swapping our familiar workplace for a brand new building, we have one thing in common: the love for a good glass of bock beer.

this historic recipe bridges the good taste of the past to the future.
a symphony of grains, hops and yeast.
immerse yourself in the artistry of brewing with our carefully selected blend of four grains: munich light malt, wheat malt, cristal malt (all from castle malting) and colour malt.
